Strength
Squat, press, deadlift. Barbell work in small groups with a coach watching every set. Beginners lift with an empty bar and nobody blinks.

Every weekday at 5:30 pm
212 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver
North Peak is a coach-led strength and conditioning gym. Small classes, honest programming, and people who learn your name by Thursday. No mirrors, no posing, no contracts that outlive your interest.
What we run
Every session is written by our coaches, scaled to where you are today, and finished inside one hour. Show up, we handle the rest.

Every weekday at 5:30 pm
Rowers, sleds, bikes, and carries. Hard intervals with full rest, not a random sweat lottery. You leave tired and walking straight.
Tue, Thu at 6:00 am
Mon, Wed, Fri at 12:00 pm
Forty five minutes for hips, shoulders, and ankles. The class your knees have been asking for since your last ski season.
Mon, Tue, Thu at 6:45 pm
The floor is yours. Run your own program with a coach on hand for questions. Racks, platforms, and chalk that actually gets refilled.

Meet your coach
Dana opened North Peak in 2019 after eight years coaching varsity rowers and one very humbling season of masters weightlifting. She believes progress comes from boring consistency, not heroic Mondays.
Her rule for the floor is simple: every member gets eyes on their lifts, every session, no matter how long they have trained. New members get a free intro session with her before their first class, so nobody walks in cold.
Every August she marches the whole gym up the Grouse Grind. Attendance is technically voluntary and somehow always full.
Membership
Every membership starts with a free first week, so you can try the classes, meet the six coaches, and make sure the 6:00 am crowd is your kind of people.
