• Theme preference: your light or dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser (local storage key codex-theme). This stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

• Google Analytics (Google): website usage analytics.
• Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare): website hosting and content delivery.
• Design and collaboration tools: software we use to create, review, and deliver design work and to communicate with clients.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect our rights, safety, and property or those of others.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Where information is handled outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by courts and government authorities. We take reasonable steps to ensure our providers offer a comparable level of protection.
